We are delighted to announce that one of our teachers, Michelle Doling, will be commencing an outdoor learning module entitled 'Wilderness' with our Preparatory - 6th Class students. During the module, pupils will enrich their learning experience through exploration of the natural world, outdoor play, song, art and storytelling. Sessions will also support pupils’ emotional development through encouraging collaboration, focusing on communication skills and building self-esteem outside of the classroom. Sample activities are den building, nature arts and crafts, singing, cardinal direction games, plant and fauna identification, playing with the mud kitchen and wildlife conservation projects.
