Occupational Therapists Dr Katie Cremin & Jack Cairns joined us for assembly on Wednesday 20th March, in honour of ‘Neurodiversity Week 2025’. Katie & Jack were invited by our PCC to join us at Mount Anville House, for a parent coffee morning followed by a Preparatory - 6th Class assembly, celebrating neurodiversity.
During assembly, we learned all about the many different ways our brains are ‘wired’, and we took the time to focus on all the valuable reasons why our differences should be celebrated.
As you’ll see from our photos, some of our 6th Class students kindly continued the coffee morning collection for ‘Sensational Kids’ during Thursday morning’s sunshine. Our sincere thanks to all involved, most especially Katie, Jack, and our PCC, for shining a light on something so important to us all.
We were delighted to present a cheque to 'Sensational Kids' for €1,200. Thank you to everyone who donated to this worthy cause.
